Review the Call History
A list of the Conversations is saved in Lync.

5. Try This: Review the Call History
Go to Lync->Conversations.

What Do You See? The default view is All, however you can filter the list to show only Missed or just Calls.

OK, that works.

Please Close Lync.
Go to Options->File->Exit.
